That is what happens when you blend prime grade Ethiopian beans with Brazilian beans the resulting taste keeps you saying – More Please. It is a favorite coffee with a juicy body character, clean and bright, with moderate acidity and complexity. Nuance of sweet lemonade, blueberry, toasted marshmallow, and kiwi in the soft finish. City roast will develop a little citrusy chocolate character, while a medium roast will be more tea like, and a full city roast will have some dark chocolate nuance.
