Description

About the Blend Its Coffee Time – simply showcases a well crafted coffee blend. Juicy and round yet firmly anchored in classic Central American taste. For this blend we took Nicaragua beans blending with three nice African beans to develop the special character of this coffee. It opens juicy round and plush with nuance of milk chocolate, green apple, pear, brown sugar, with just a hint of cherry, baking spice in the lingering cocoa finish. The lively citrus acidity is reminiscent of lime and peach. Overall a nicely complex round juicy tasting well balanced coffee at the medium roast level. Great for pour-over or AeroPress brewing, also makes a good espresso. We like it black without any additives. A good coffee for when “it’s coffee time”. You will learn that when the cup tastes grassy or underdeveloped that you must add more time and/or temperature to your roasting profile. You will also learn that sour notes com
