About the Blend Early morning, rushed for time, need to start the day off right… seems to be the usual routine. Our idea of a perfect breakfast coffee is that it needs to be “bright and happy”. To achieve this goal we turned to Ethiopia the very birthplace of coffee. Here the natural goodness of the beans provides the home run hit that will carry it across the finish line and all we need to do is add a few other naturally compatible beans to round out the morning cup. The hot water brewing through the pour-over smells amazing, the first sip reveals a leading edge that is round and full, bright citrus notes energize the cup, while a floral cherry blossom wafts forth, there are hints of sun-ripe berries and stone fruits finishing with milk chocolate and toasty caramel. About the Roasting Process Maybe you have heard that roasting coffee is a work of art and to achieve excellent beautiful taste development in coffee beans it requires skillful and calculated inputs by the roast master throughout the entire roasting process?
