9/25 Update - We were doing inventory and found 2 pounds. New crops are on the way. Anticipated Flavor Profile: Notes of amaretto, spices and fresh coffee cherry. Acidity: Tart and lively Sweetness: Mild, fruit-like finish A classic espresso blend would be 1/3 Tanzania Peaberry, 1/3 Indonesian, 1/3 Brazil or Central American.
