Sulawesi coffee is comparable to Sumatra in taste but is a lighter version of it being less pungent and less heavy. Sulawesi coffee is considered as a rare coffee with a rather limited supply being harvested each year. It is grown in the old mountainous region of Torja where many of the coffee trees are more than 250 years old.
