10/1 Update - Due to organizational and managerial challenges the National Coffee Authority (NCA) has halted the processing of new export sampling request, which has caused widespread supply chain delays. We do not know when we will have more natural PNG. Please check out our washed offering of PNG Wahgi Valley. Flavor notes: cooked cranberry and dried lavender with a boozy acidity and mellow sweetness Try it as a dark roast. Great for pour-overs, drip, blends, cold brew and espresso.
