The balanced complex bright cup is great at medium roast and possess a certain elegance that is unique to this region. Peruvian Coffee known as ‘Tres Cumbres’ is grown on the highest ranges of the South American Andes near the Amazon River basin. Here the coffee is organically grown and harvested by 109 families in the district of Lonya Grande, Amazon Uctubamba. In the wild rugged terrain, the farmers growing the plant varietals of Catimor, Catturra, and Typica at high elevations of 1300-1700 MASL.
