GRAPOS has invested in nurseries to support farm renovation, and diversification initiatives including a women’s knitting program and a mushroom cultivation project aimed at creating alternate sources of income. This organic coffee has achieved the status of Strictly High Grown. The processing method is washed then sun-dried offering a brighter cup. The Mexican growing regions have been providing some outstanding coffees in recent years.
