Chicoj cooperative has about 1400 members in total but only 300 of those members produce coffee in the village of Secuachil in Coban who cultivate the varietal known as Anacafe 14. These farmers are known for their attention to detail in growing their coffee, and their fine organic farming methods are an example of what can be done when farmers work together. Their organic coffees are stellar offerings with good taste qualities for consistent cups. Is there any more of a versatile coffee that a good Guatemalan coffee?
