Organic Ethiopian Sidamo - Unroasted Coffee Beans Our organic Sidamo green coffee originates from Southern Ethiopia. Our Roastmaster recommends keeping this selection at a lighter roast level to preserve the incredibly sweet, fruity flavor and bright acidity. Roasting this coffee to a darker level will dull the natural sweetness that makes Sidamo such a sought-after varietal. Ingredients: Organic 100% Arabica coffee. Organic certified by PA Certified Organic. OU Kosher certified. Produced in an SQF-certified, renewable energy-powered facility. Do not grind, brew, or consume unroasted coffee.
