Description
Named for the plumeria flower, this washed regional selection comes from smallholder farms in the northern highlands of Jinotega and Matagalpa, Nicaragua's best-known coffee regions. It is a clean, balanced cup in the classic Nicaraguan style: chocolate and toasted nut sweetness, mild citrus, a touch of red currant and a sweetness that builds on the finish. As it cools it settles into an especially clean, well-rounded cup. Cupping Notes: Flavor: Chocolate and toasted nut with light citrus and a hint of red currant, finishing sweet and clean.
