This Arabica coffee is 100% shade-grown and naturally cultivated. It is processed and exported by indigenous coffee growers from the Cascada Jaltenango Community Grower Group of Farms. These farmers are growing varietals of Typica, Bourbon, and Mondo Novo. This organic coffee has achieved the status of Strictly High Grown. The processing method is washed then sun-dried offering a brighter cup.
