Kenya AA Plus FW Arabica Green coffee Beans Bright citrus acidity, medium body, citrus, sweet, berry, hints of tobacco and nutmeg, rich flavor, milk chocolate, brown sugar, clean, very faint fruit, rich lasting finish. Roasting Aroma: Melon, brown sugar, citrus, mild fruit Dry Aroma: Baker's chocolate, fruit, faint cherry and orange, nutmeg Brewed Aroma: Milk chocolate, brown sugar, citrus, nutmeg, berry Growers: Small Holder Producers throughout Kenya, consolidated through Kenya's Co-Op Auction system based on size and cup quality. Grade: AA Plus; similar to Top Lot grade indicates no effect on cup quality of only a slight quantity and type of any defects. AA grade represents largest screen size beans from Kenya. Varietals: SL28, SL34, Bourbon, (the SL varietals are Bourbon based and have been common in Kenya for Many years) Altitude: 1,450 - 1,950 Meters Above Sea Level Region: Not traceable to any particular Region but accumulated to reach the Top score Processing: Fully Washed and patio sun dried Soil: Volcanic Loam Harvest: Fly crop June - August, Main crop October - December Kenya AA Plus will have a smoother sweeter coffee flavor than many Kenya's, is still rich at any roast level but we prefer City roast or lighter. The Kenya coffee profile is considered one of the absolute best thanks to its' rich flavor, sweetness, and bright acidity.
