Our Italian Style Espresso is built the traditional way: a Brazil base with two heavy, round coffees from Sumatra and India for body. It’s all Arabica, no Robusta. We mix it by weight when your order comes in and ship it green, so you roast it the way you like. Inspired by the round, bold espresso shots found in Italy, this blend makes a solid base for milky drinks. The Malabar replaces Robusta, which is typically used to add a nice bit of crema on top.
