Description

Sourced from the southwestern Chikmagalur district––the coffee capital of India––the Mysore coffee bean produces rich flavor and a decadent finish, which is the standard for more than 70% of coffees produced near Karnataka. However, the India Mysore is washed unlike its monsooned relatives––the Mysore is simply de-pulped and dried with very little fermentation. Cupping Notes: Bakers chocolate, graham cracker, and nutmeg.
