Sweetness: Mellow and smooth finish Roast Profile: We recommend a medium roast (City+ to Full City) to preserve the delicate malt, graham, and fresh citrus notes while rounding out its acidity. Central American coffees grown at high altitudes have a dense bean structure, which allows them to take heat well during the early states of the roast. Recommended Use: Drip, Pour-Over, Espresso.
