Our Holiday Blend pairs a clean, washed Costa Rica with a fruit-forward natural from Ethiopia’s Guji zone and a heavy, earthy Sumatra. We mix it by weight when your order comes in and ship it green, so you roast it the way you like. A mix of fruity and chocolate notes from three coffees, with a heavy Sumatra for body. Great for drip or pour-over: use a medium grind for drip and medium-fine for pour-over.
