This Guatemala Huehuetenango selection is a premium washed Arabica coffee sourced from Union Cantinil, located in the heart of Guatemala’s famous Huehuetenango highlands. Produced by a network of more than 76 smallholder farmers, this coffee is grown at elevations between 4,900 and 5,900 feet. The result is a dependable green coffee offering balanced acidity, full body, and excellent structure for home roasting. Its combination of high elevation, volcanic soil, and varied microclimates creates outstanding conditions for Arabica cultivation. Slow cherry maturation produces dense beans that retain heat well during roasting, enabling even development and predictable results.
