Description

Ave de Paraiso, Spanish for bird of paradise, is a fully washed regional coffee from smallholder farms across El Progreso, Jalapa and Palencia in Guatemala's central highlands. It is a classic Guatemalan cup done well: rich chocolate and caramel, a touch of orange and light fruit, delicate florals and a pleasant, well-integrated acidity over a full body. It holds together beautifully as it cools, finishing sweet and balanced. Cupping Notes: Flavor: Dark and milk chocolate with caramel, a touch of orange and light fruit, and a subtle tea-like, floral finish. Body: Full and smooth.
