Description

From our friends at the Ramirez Estate, we have been working in collaboration to create this experimental aged natural process. Fermented in coffee cherries for 18 hours, and dried on raised beds for 21 days until stable. Underground CK Blend Hack: Try this coffee (roasted light) blended 60/40 with our 18 Rabbit Washed (roasted medium) to get complex chocolatey fruit bar that is great for espresso or drip.
