Our Flagship Haitian Blue coffee. Grown entirely of Arabica Blue Mountain (which is likely a sub-variety of Typica), and the only Organic Certified coffee currently produced in Haiti. Being organic isn’t its only unique quality though. With definitive notes of butter, sweet creaminess, and almond, this cup quality is certainly the best to come out of Haiti, and potentially the finest to come out of the Caribbean. Coopacvod, is the oldest known cooperative in Haiti, and these producers are the operators and beneficiaries of our Own-A-Tree Project .
