Description

This coffee, going through only a 6 hour fermentation, and briefly floated in water during the depulping, still contains a small amount of coffee fruit mucilage surrounding the seed. Due to this minimal processing, and being the birthplace of the Pacas Varietal, you will get the true experience of the original Salvadorian terroir.
