Through a long term partnership, and heavy quality focus, Cafe Kreyol sources this coffee for it’s low acidity, high natural sweetness, and ability to add crema to an espresso blend. Cafe Kreyol Underground Blend Hack: Try roasting this medium, and blending with a medium roasted 18 Rabbit Washed . Then, roast some Dominican Republic Barahona (light) to mellow it out a bit. Your result will be flavors of nuts, chocolate, and sweet caramel.
