Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe WORKA Cooperative Natural Dry Processed YCFCU raw Arabica coffee Bright acidity, creamy smooth body, berry, fruit, sweet, cherry, floral, richish, hints of orange, strawberry, and milk chocolate, complex, sweet lasting finish. You can really put your mark on this coffee by how you roast it, really good to great. Growers: 305 Small Holder Members of WORKA Cooperative around Gedeb who Produce on 2 Hectares of land on average. Coffee is intercropped with shade producing nitrogen fixing plants. Producer: 305 Member WORKA Cooperative which joined Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU) in 2005. YCFCU supports 27 Local Cooperatives in the Yirgacheffe Gedeo Ethnic Region to supply Sustainable coffee.
