Here he opened his own wet and dry mill supplying the central market with quality coffees. In 2000, he started his own farm of 356 hectares with focus on producing exceptional quality exotic organically grown coffee. Intensive management and QC are centrally managed by coffee professionals. Virtually, every single bean is inspected, and the farm provides tangible SCR projects for the local villages. This is a fine organic offering with a bright, fruity, lemon/peach flavor profile that is best roasted to a light, blonde, or medium roast level. When light roasted this coffee makes a stunningly delicious iced latte! Ethiopian coffee is the most popular of the African coffees and it is commonly recognized as the birthplace of coffee.
