In a region famous for its spotted hyenas, near the ancient walled city of Harrar. This is where the high growing elevations of around 1,800 meters produce some exceptionally fine espresso coffees. This sun-dried natural is sourced from select farms in the region, the cherries are meticulously hand sorted, dried, milled and hand sorted again the bring out fine cup quality. This coffee is sustainably grown using natural composts and other organic fertilizers. The coffee is hand-picked, naturally processed, and sun-dried on raised African drying beds. A highly regarded, exotic Ethiopian coffee that is well balanced with good chocolate notes and is often considered a premium espresso coffee.
