Description

Miraflores, Gigante • Huila, Colombia Castillo Experimental – Lot 2 Finca Miraflores, Juanito Family A very small experimental release, bringing together five trial batches from the Juanito Family. Easier to see the fruit in the end result but still not a fruit bomb, much more citric cup, crisp and sweet. Keep the roast a bit lighter and let it setup for a couple days to see the passionfruit shine. Medium to dark it is very tasty but far less citric and fruity.
