Colombia Supremo Huila Fully Washed process Arabica Green coffee beans Medium balanced acidity, delicate body, crisp and clean, faint sweet fruit notes, citrus, hints of caramel and tart fruits as it cools, bittersweet baker's chocolate and citrus in the finish. Nice sized consistent beans are easy to roast with good audible Cracks and sweet roasting aroma. This coffee has been improving with each new crop.
