Description

From Finca La Riviera and Finca Milan, this one was declared the unanimous favorite! Sudan Rume is a heirloom variety that predates Bourbon and Typica. When naturally processed, it tastes like a combination of Ethiopian coffee and Yemeni coffee - sweet, fruity yet complex with old world depth. We got notes of strawberry, sangria, lemonade and a bouquet of florals along with a touch of maple syrup.
