Description

This is the third season for these Yunnan coffees: fun coffees with great people behind them. Be warned though, this is the unique offering. A double fermentation processing that goes well beyond “normal”. Leaves the beans very sweet and fruity, but also crazy boozy and oaky. Wild flavor depth but not your usual flavors. Very complex cup and not as overly fruity/winy as the open air natural, lots of darker tones to these beans. The lighter you roast, the more wild this cup gets. If you want to lean the cup towards the fruity and sweet tones, kee
